Anxiety Help
I had a very interesting conversation tonight with a former college classmate. I had posted on my Facebook about how I have such bad anxiety/panic attacks and this classmate immediately sent me a private message saying she never knew I had anxiety and that her dad (who is an eye doctor) also treats people with depression, etc. and that he has helped a lot of people.
She told me that he helps people with lights/body frequency/crystals. She was like, “yes I know it sounds crazy, and we all thought he was losing his mind when he first started doing it, but he has actually helped a lot of people”.
I’ve met her father, he’s my optometrist, but I never knew he treated anxiety and stuff, but he is really smart. He’s not the kind of person you’d think would treat people with such therapies, because he’s this skinny, old, Irish man—heavy accent intact!
I’m going to talk to her more about it in the next few days. I’m willing to try anything to get my life back, and if this helps me I will be the biggest promoter of his therapy!
I know a lot of people on my tumblr have issues with anxiety, and if I can try something and it works, I will certainly let all of you know how it goes!
Gonna have Thai food with a friend and watch Louis Ck & Game of Thrones!
